Salesforce Health Check · Atlanta

Salesforce health checks in Atlanta.

An independent review of your Salesforce org for metro Atlanta companies preparing for an audit, a renewal, a new partner or an AI project.

Salesforce Health Check for Atlanta companies

The request for a health check in Atlanta tends to arrive with a specific event attached: a headquarters relocation or acquisition that brought a second org, a compliance review, a renewal, or plans for Agentforce. We review security and access, data quality, automation, custom code, integrations and adoption, and interview the teams who use the org daily. You receive findings ranked by risk and effort, naming the specific settings or components involved, so internal staff or a partner can start on the most important fixes at once.

Local industries

How health check plays out in Atlanta.

Finance and insurance

Insurers, lenders and payments firms face audits that ask who can see customer data and how changes are controlled. Our review maps profiles, permission sets and sharing against job roles, checks field history and audit trail settings on sensitive data, and identifies users and integration accounts with more access than they need. The output is written so compliance and IT can work through it together rather than translating a technical report for each other.

Information

Software and media companies with years of customization often carry substantial Apex, managed packages and automation layered by different teams. We measure test coverage and code quality, list packages that are unused or overlapping, and flag automation that fires in conflicting order. That tells you which technical debt is slowing change and what can be removed safely before the next major project begins. Findings are ranked so engineering leaders can schedule cleanup alongside product work rather than instead of it.

Aerospace

Aerospace shows up on the Metro Atlanta Chamber's key-industry roster alongside fintech and supply chain. Suppliers and service providers in the sector often work under export-control and customer data-handling requirements that affect how Salesforce should be configured. A health check verifies that restricted accounts and documents are shared only with authorized users, that portals do not expose them, and that integrations carrying technical data are logged and limited to what they need. Where gaps exist, we name the exact sharing rule, profile or site setting responsible.

Plan for it

What to plan for in Atlanta.

01

Review every org you run

Companies that relocated or acquired another business sometimes run a second Salesforce org that nobody reviews. Include every org in scope, compare their security models, and note where customer data overlaps, since any later consolidation depends on understanding both environments.

02

Add AI readiness checks

If Agentforce is on the roadmap, add specific checks: knowledge article quality, case data consistency, duplicate rates and whether permissions would let an agent reach records it should not. Those findings decide whether an AI pilot can start soon or needs cleanup first.

03

Test CPQ and pricing logic

Quoting configurations accumulate price rules, product rules and custom scripts that few people understand. A health check should test them for conflicts and performance, since slow or inconsistent quotes affect revenue directly and are often the first thing sales complains about.

FAQ

Health Check in Atlanta: questions.

If we order a health check, does that include fixing what you find?

Not by itself. A health check diagnoses; optimization treats. The health check reviews the whole org and produces a ranked list of risks and fixes without changing anything. Optimization is the project that carries out a chosen set of those fixes. Some companies use the findings with their own admins, some bring us in for the work, and some use the report to brief a new partner.

Our SOC 2 auditors are due soon. Is an org review useful beforehand?

Yes, as preparation. We review access controls, change management practices, audit trail settings and data exposure in Salesforce and document what we find, which gives your compliance team evidence and a remediation list. It is not a formal audit or certification, and we are glad to coordinate with your auditors on which controls they want examined.

Do you review existing Agentforce and Data Cloud setups?

Yes. For orgs already using them, we check what data agents and Data Cloud can reach, whether topics and actions are scoped sensibly, how grounding content is maintained and whether results are being monitored. For orgs still planning them, the review concentrates on readiness: the data quality, permissions and knowledge content that AI features will depend on.
