We help Las Vegas resorts, contractors, lenders and healthcare organizations run guest, customer and field operations on Salesforce, working from our St. Louis headquarters two time zones east.

Abstrakt Solutions is a Salesforce Consulting Partner that serves companies across Southern Nevada, remotely by default and on site when a project calls for it. Las Vegas is one of our focus markets.
Las Vegas is a few hours by air from St. Louis. We work on Central Time, two hours ahead of Las Vegas, so our working sessions are booked inside Pacific business hours.
Figures cover the Las Vegas-Henderson-North Las Vegas, NV Metro Area (NV).
Accommodation and food services is the largest private sector in the Las Vegas metro by output, and construction is second. The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation lists three Strip casino resort operators among the top 20 employers in the county, which covers the whole metro, next to a large Air Force installation, county government, the metro police department and the city’s public research university. The county’s economic development office adds Southern Nevada’s public teaching hospital as a major healthcare employer.
The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, which covers the county and its cities, is recruiting in fields beyond gaming and hospitality: advanced manufacturing and battery, clean tech, sports tech and entertainment, fintech, and healthcare and biotech, with startups as a separate focus. LVGEA names sports-betting platforms, mobile competitive gaming firms and slot machine makers among the gaming and sports-tech companies that have discovered Las Vegas for business growth. The local public research university holds Carnegie R1 status, first reached in 2018, and describes its 122-acre research and technology park as its tech incubator for Southern Nevada.
Largest private sectors, 2024 GDP share.
Casino resorts and restaurant groups on and off the Strip handle guest service, loyalty, group sales and events at very high volume. Salesforce can tie those teams to one guest record instead of separate systems for each.
As the metro’s second-largest private sector, construction here spans resort, commercial and residential work. Contractors need estimates, crew schedules and job costs in one place rather than across spreadsheets.
With fintech on LVGEA’s target list, lenders, insurers and payments firms in Southern Nevada need compliant marketing, a full relationship view and portals for partners and agents.
The valley’s public hospital and other health systems, along with the healthcare and biotech companies LVGEA is recruiting, need patient and referral service built around privacy and integration with clinical systems.
Regional target sectors: Advanced Manufacturing & Battery, Clean Tech, Sports Tech & Entertainment, Fintech, Healthcare & Biotech (Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA))
Hospitality businesses commonly keep reservations, loyalty, events and service in separate tools. A Salesforce project usually starts with integration and an agreed definition of the guest record.
Group bookings and events involve long lead times, many contacts and detailed proposals. Pipeline stages and quoting need to match how those deals actually close.
Contractors often schedule crews by phone and compare costs to estimates after the job is done. Field Service and CPQ can show both while work is still underway.

Beyond the opportunity itself, track room blocks, function space and food and beverage minimums as related records so sales managers can compare total value, not just rooms. Integration with the sales and catering system and the property management system avoids duplicate entry. Tableau can show pace against prior years, and Agentforce can draft first responses to incoming RFPs for a manager to review.
Record every installed unit as an asset tied to the casino property, with fields for game title, cabinet type and jurisdiction approval status. Service contracts and entitlements then define response times, and Field Service schedules technicians and tracks parts used. Revenue arrangements that vary by unit, such as leases or revenue sharing, usually need Revenue Cloud or a custom billing link to the ERP. Reports on service calls by property help account teams spot problems early.
It gives the business side of construction a single record of bids, relationships and repeat clients. Track each bid with the general contractor, owner and project type, and store prequalification and insurance expiration dates so estimators are not caught off guard. An integration with your project management and accounting tools carries awarded work into delivery. Contractors with service or maintenance divisions can add Field Service for recurring work orders after the core build is stable.
