What a healthy Salesforce org looks like
A healthy Salesforce org has secure, auditable access; data people trust without re-working it in spreadsheets; a small, documented set of automations built in a sandbox first; layouts and dashboards each role actually uses; and a named owner with a roadmap. Orgs that are weak in two or more of these areas usually feel it as low adoption, slow changes and reports nobody believes.

Questions about the assessment
How accurate is a self-assessment?
It is a quick, honest snapshot, not an audit. It shows which areas deserve attention first based on your own answers. A full health check looks at the org itself: settings, automation, data and usage, and usually finds issues nobody on the team knew about.
Who should answer the questions?
Your Salesforce admin or whoever knows the org best, ideally with a sales or service leader for the adoption questions. If you are unsure about a question, choose “Not sure”; unknowns are worth finding out and count as partial.
Is my answer data saved or sent anywhere?
No. The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you select is sent to us or stored on our servers. Use the print button if you want to keep a copy.
What is the difference between this and a Salesforce health check?
Salesforce’s own Health Check tool scores security settings against a baseline. A partner health check, like ours, reviews security plus data quality, automation, technical debt, adoption and readiness for AI, and ends with a prioritized plan.
